Live Chat Agent

The primary function of the Live Chat position is to provide Clients customer support and sales via the live chat format. Agents may also be responsible to liaison with a Libra Network Associate if needed.

This is a home position, on a “demand basis.”

Responsibilities:

  • Live Chat Representatives will focus on answering queries from new enquiries, customers and Network associates
  • Successful candidates must be able to plan, organise and liaise with Clients and Network Associates.
  • Representatives will be responsible for providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat.

Required Skills

  • General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
  • Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written communication skills

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the financial services sector would be advantageous
  • Previous live chat experience – desired but not essential
